Sunday Morning Worship

We currently hold one morning service at 10.30am.

We teach about faith in Jesus Christ with the Bible's relevance to everyday life. We enjoy worshipping God with modern and traditional songs, drama and mime, prayers and liturgy. We have a prayer team for those needing prayer during or after the services.

During the morning service the young people leave to go to 'Sunday Youth Ministries' and a creche is provided for the very young.

Prayer ministry for healing is part of any service, as we want to be ready for what God wants to do at anytime.

We normally share communion on the 1st Sunday of each month.

Creche/Nursery

For babies/toddlers under 3

A creche/nursery is available throughout the morning service in the upstairs room for parents/guardians with babies/toddlers. Adult support helpers are on hand during sessions for setting out/packing away. Parents are free to go in/out of the service as need to.  The service is relayed to the creche room via a video link.

Some key information about the church...

Where & when does the church meet?
King's Church Mildenhall meets every Sunday at 10.30am for our Sunday Service.
Aim to arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure you get a parking spot and seat in time for the service to start.

We meet at the church building in the middle of the town. The address is:

Market Street
Mildenhall
Suffolk
IP28 7EF

You can see a map on our contact us page

What should I expect when I visit the church?

You will receive a very warm welcome particularly from our Welcome Team who will be able to answer your questions and direct you to where you need to go. There will be a time of singing with opportunity for church members to pray or read a passage from the bible. After prayers there will be a preach from one of the leaders sometimes with a chance to respond at the end of the service.

Tea, coffee and biscuits are served after the service where there is plenty of time to meet new people and ask more questions.

What happens to the children at church?

We have a fantastic programme for the children at KCM for ages 0-16. Children stay with their parents at the start of the service as we worship (sing songs!) together for the first part of the morning. Someone will announce when the children need to go to their programme. You will need to go with your children and register them.

For more information about what happens in the children's work please visit the relevant age groups for you under church life.

Is there a dress code?

No! Please just be yourself and come dressed in your 'normal' clothes.

Will I have to join in?

Not at all!

You are free to simply observe or participate as much as feels comfortable for you.
